The other sold for $190k. I heard it was drop-dead gorgeous with tons of upgrades, like granite in kitchen AND baths, Ralph Lauren carpet, stainless steel appliances – the works.  It was on the market 39 days.  2,676 square feet.

For the month of June there were 2 Newly Listed University Green Homes for Sale.  Of those, 1 is under contact and 1 is sold.

For the month of June there were 3 Sold homes in University Green.  The Average Price was $ 142,583. The Median Price was $ 134,000 with a 101 day average market time.   List to sales price averaged 97.6%.
